2025 INTEGRATED REPORT

To cater to all sustainable mobility stakeholders around the world, in line with the demands of manufacturers and consumers, OPmobility has been strengthening its presence in key regional mobility hubs for several years (North America, Asia). Its long-term strategy aims to establish a local industrial presence to support the automotive markets’ growing regionalization. To capitalize on growth in regional markets where technological and commercial expectations may vary, the Group invested in new plants in India and China in 2025 and opened new headquarters in the United States, bringing together all its expertise and technologies under one roof. By establishing hubs in different regions around the world (Mexico, Poland, India), where its four business groups (Exterior & Lighting, Modules, C-Power, and H2-Power) are based, and by producing for its customers, wherever they are located, OPmobility responds effectively and quickly to their changing needs. This regionalized approach also makes it possible to decarbonize its logistics chain, with supplies closer to its production centers. This strategy of geographical rebalancing proved its worth once again in 2025, with OPmobility reporting strong momentum in Asia and North America, two regions which have accounted for a growing share of the Group’s turnover since 2024. CONSOLIDATION IN EUROPE With 20 R&D centers and 60 plants, OPmobility generates half its turnover in Europe, with the support from the Exterior & Lighting and Modules Business Groups. In an uncertain regulatory environment, the Group is consolidating its long-standing presence and its close customer relationships. OPmobility is reinforcing its diversification strategy; for instance, it is providing HESS with modular battery packs for electric buses and trolley buses. The Group also continues to adapt its hydrogen solutions to meet the needs of automotive manufacturers and rail mobility operators. A winning formula: a long-standing international footprint, multi-technology expertise, and a strong ability to adapt in our key markets (United States, India, and China) Key takeaway 2025 Integrated report | OPmobility | 35
