and our diverse offerings, we can respond to new market needs and establish a unique position. Today, we provide pressurized tanks and battery packs which optimize the energy architecture of hybrid vehicles. Having won a major contract in 2025, the Group will supply a long-standing global manufacturer with more than one million 350V battery packs for its future hybrid models in North America. The launch of One4you, a cross-functional offering which was presented at CES in Las Vegas in January 2025, has enabled us to deliver on our strategy of providing more and more integrated external solutions, with the signature of ten contracts in our three key regions (Europe, United States, and China). Thanks to our global and agile industrial presence, we have been able to capitalize on growth wherever it has developed, highlighting the strength of a model based on innovation and regionalization. In the United States, the opening of the Austin plant in Texas and the head office in Troy, Michigan further strengthened our presence there, supporting our aim of doubling our turnover in the country in 2030. In China, we are expanding the portfolio of our joint venture YFPO, drawing on our expertise in exterior systems, lighting, modules, and software. In addition, we are supporting Chery’s international expansion, thanks to our industrial presence. In India, where we already equip one in three vehicles, the opening of the Badhalwadi plant in the state of Maharashtra and the development of new production capacity in 2026 exemplify our ambition to double our sales here by 2030. In view of the sector’s sustainability challenges, innovation continues to be a major strategic asset for reinventing mobility, with the development of alternative energy solutions and smarter vehicles. Having first invested in hydrogen in 2015, we now have a comprehensive certified portfolio of tanks for all forms of mobility. In 2025, we won two new H2-Power contracts in China: one for a car manufacturer and the other for commercial vehicles. As a long‑standing provider of solutions for hybrid vehicles, we provide all the solutions which will accelerate the decarbonization of mobility. We also incorporate Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and eco-design into our development processes and include more recycled and bio-based materials. Lastly, our purpose and the ACT FOR ALL™ program put a more intuitive, safer, and comfortable user experience at the heart of a sustainable mobility which is accessible to all. AI and data are also improving our operational efficiency, optimizing industrial flows, production, and anticipation of industry trends, particularly with the roll‑out of Product Life Management (PLM) infrastructure across our 40 R&D centers. To accelerate this dynamic, we have created an open innovation ecosystem, working with start-ups, laboratories, and multi-sector experts, and we are developing major partnerships, including with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). This combined approach enables us to anticipate emerging technologies and accelerate the transition to more sustainable mobility. 2025 was testament to a robust strategy, positioning, and business model. With 152 plants in 28 countries and a diverse technology portfolio, we can meet the needs of all manufacturers and all forms of mobility. The strength of our performance reinforces the trust our partners have in us. Driven by the dedication of our teams and the synergies between business lines, we have demonstrated agility and innovation to support a shared vision of sustainable, collective mobility. 2025 Integrated report | OPmobility | 5
