2025 INTEGRATED REPORT

HEALTH AND SAFETY: A CULTURE AND AN AWARENESS In 2025, OPmobility reached a significant milestone in safety, with an accident frequency rate below 0.5, surpassing the ambitious target which was set 10 years ago. This success demonstrates the firmly established role of safety in the Group’s culture, something which continues today within recently acquired entities, such as those in Lighting. To involve all stakeholders, OPmobility focuses on prevention, ergonomics, working conditions, and industrial relations, and trains its employees with dedicated outreach campaigns. A GROUP WHICH PRIORITIZES CAREER AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT Mobility is at the heart of the challenges of the 21st century and is undergoing rapid transformation which reflects the experience of employees within the company. Improving this experience is a priority for OPmobility. In particular, the Group is working to strengthen the onboarding process for new employees, provide more career development opportunities, and support atypical career paths, through Mobility University programs. For David Meneses, Executive Vice President People & Sustainability at OPmobility, the Group’s philosophy is clear: “We want to become a company where every 31% of employees are women 26% are Engineers and Managers employee has the means to develop and progress, from their first day to the end of their career. This involves structured support, bold and unique career paths, and a willingness to take risks to ensure our employees’ career development. Our credo: trust in people.” A COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION OPmobility’s diverse talents are one of its strengths. Organized around four key areas of focus (gender, intergenerational, intercultural, and disability), the Group’s strategy is now being driven forward at the highest level by two executive sponsors for diversity: Christophe Marceau, Executive Vice President and President Exterior & Lighting Business Group, and Marissa West, Executive Vice President and Chairperson North America. The company’s compensation policy has included diversity targets in the criteria for executive bonuses for several years now. OPmobility can also rely on the dedication of its employees with the Group’s WoMen on the Move network. Launched in France in 2018 before its international expansion in 2021, this network now includes 750 employees in 30 countries. It is supported by organizations including "Elles Bougent" to combat gender stereotypes. Raising awareness also involves providing internal staff training. As part of its ongoing efforts, in 2025, the Group launched a Graduate Program in 5 key countries (USA, Mexico, Slovakia, Poland, India), designed to attract, develop, and retain young talents within its main areas of activity, particularly engineering and industry, where women are under-represented. This is a key part of its commitment to building diverse, inclusive teams which are ready for the future. KEY DATA From safety, a truly shared culture, to skills development and promoting diversity, the Group acts to provide its employees with a safe, inclusive environment offering myriad opportunities.
