Since 2021, the Group has worked to implement its ambitious decarbonization roadmap and aims to achieve carbon neutrality across its entire value chain by 2050. To accomplish this, we decided on two intermediate milestones, the first of which was to achieve neutrality for Scopes 1 and 2 from 2025. These emissions only account for about 1% of our total carbon footprint, but we have complete control over them. We therefore implemented 3 strategic pillars: reduce, replace, and compensate. To “reduce”, we set ourselves an energy efficiency target of 12% in comparison to 2019; in the end, we reached a target of more than 19%.
