Biodiversity Since 2018, OPmobility has reaffirmed its commitment to biodiversity as part of the Act4nature International initiative, an approach aligned with its climate roadmap: climate change being one of the biggest threats to biodiversity, reducing the Group’s carbon footprint is a powerful way to protect ecosystems. On its sites, OPmobility is taking specific action to reduce air pollution, to target zero CMR 1A/1B substances(1) in production by 2030(2), to reduce microplastic waste, and to accelerate the eco-design of its products, with up to 50% recycled materials. This momentum is also supported by the local commitment of the Sustainability Ambassadors(3) network and the ACT FOR ALLTM Climate School(4) training modules. The aim is to encourage everyone to work toward a common goal: improving biodiversity protection across the Group. To mark Equity Week, in March, OPmobility celebrated the 5th birthday of its WoMen on the Move network; becoming, in just a few years, a key part of the Group’s equity and inclusion policy. Open to everyone, regardless of gender, the network, which had 150 members in 2021, now has more than 700 members across 23 countries. Committed to raising awareness of workplace equality, its volunteers help foster a culture of inclusion, encourage intercultural dialogue, and support female career development at all levels of the organization. This collective effort has been recognized by the UN Global Compact(5) and the French non-profit organization WAVE Les Elles de l’Auto(6).
