2025 INTEGRATED REPORT

REDUCED MATERIAL USE and greater integration of recycled content, supported by Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and closed‑loop recycling; for example, on the Renault 5 E‑Tech electric vehicle, OPmobility components (bumpers, wheel arches, rocker panels) contain an average of 25% recycled material. Visible grained parts include 15% recycled content in the front and rear lower bumpers and 20% in the wheel arches and rocker panels, while hidden brackets incorporate over 50% recycled materials. COMPREHENSIVE RANGE for light commercial vehicles in which the high-pressure hydrogen storage system and the fuel cell are combined with a battery to increase the vehicle’s range. Delivering strong performance means rethinking our business model to protect the environment by reducing our carbon footprint. Today, OPmobility’s portfolio of solutions encompasses all energy transition needs, from conventional energy storage for combustion engine vehicles to hybrids, from battery electric to hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. Behind these innovations lie the collective efforts of the Group’s R&D teams who work closely with technology partners and specialist start-ups. They bring together their expertise to improve energy efficiency and accelerate the transition to low‑carbon mobility. MODULAR HYDROGEN STORAGE system for light commercial vehicles with fuel cells; a capacity of between 5.6 kg and 7.6 kg of hydrogen provides a range of around 500 km. Providing manufacturers with decarbonization solutions 48V BATTERY PACK with NMC cells for mild hybrid applications, which can reduce CO2 emissions by up to 15% by assisting the combustion engine during certain phases (acceleration, starting) and recharging during braking phases.
