2025 INTEGRATED REPORT

In a rapidly growing and promising environment which demands speed, adaptability, and innovation, OPmobility has risen to the challenge and established itself in India. The Group secured a key contract with an Indian manufacturer in 2025, having developed a bumper and a grille shutter in record time for one of its customers’ lightweight truck models. In competitive conditions, its teams delivered a prototype and a product ready for mass production in under 15 months, compared to an Indian average of 26 months. OPmobility, which already equips 1 in 3 vehicles produced in India, is thus positioning itself as a leader in a high-potential market, where car ownership is still low, with a ratio of 34 cars per 1,000 inhabitants(3). The Group expects to see average annual growth in vehicle production in India of 5.6% between 2025 and 2030, with turnover expected to double in 2030 in comparison to 2025.
