What has your experience been like as a young talent at OPmobility?
What surprised me the most was how much trust and responsibility I was given early on. The learning curve was steep, but the strong culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing really helped me grow.
What’s the next step?
I’m thrilled to have started the International Finance Graduate Program last September. It’s an incredible opportunity to take on new challenges, rotate across functions and countries, and sharpen my financial expertise at OPmobility.

What have you learned during your internship?
What have you learned during your internship?
I came into this internship with little to no experience in a real engineering role, especially not in automotive. So, the extent of what I have learned is endless. Not only have I learned the basics of what it entails to launch an automotive project from start to finish, but I have learned to be more proactive in my everyday life and take initiative when I know something should be done.
What’s the next step?
I have been offered a full-time position as a supply chain engineer on the project team. I am so excited to bring everything I have learned into this new role and be able to continue my career journey at OPmobility.
