OPmobility SE has several subsidiaries including OPmobility Gestion, which acts as controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, known as the General Data Protection Regulation or “GDPR,” for the collection and processing of personal data carried out on the website accessible via the following URL address: https://www.opmobility.com, hereinafter referred to as “the Site.”

OPmobility SE processes the personal data of users who visit the Site for the following purposes:

Users acknowledge that they provide their e-mail address voluntarily.

OPmobility SE limits the collection of personal data to that which is strictly necessary for data processing purposes.

The data are intended for the personnel of OPmobility SE responsible for managing the sending of newsletters (in particular using their digital service providers). Such data may also be provided to and/or consulted by other subsidiaries of OPmobility SE, in order to respond to users’ requests to consult experts.

In no circumstances will such personal data be communicated, sold, transferred, lent and/or marketed to third parties within the meaning of the GDPR.

Your data is processed and stored by OPmobility within the European Union.
Any transfer of data to a third country outside the the European Union is carried out in compliance with the applicable regulations and in such a way as to ensure adequate data protection.

Personal data will be kept for as long as the user wishes to receive the shareholders’ newsletter and/or Group news. Users can cancel their subscription at any time, in particular by using the link provided for that purpose when each e-mail is sent. Requests for information are kept for 6 months so that they can be dealt with.

OPmobility SE ensures that all necessary technical and organizational steps are taken to protect users’ personal data. These security and confidentiality rules are also imposed on all personnel of OPmobility SE and its subsidiaries, and on all service providers and subcontractors working for any OPmobility SE entities.

In accordance with the GDPR, the user has the following rights regarding their personal data:
– the right of access
– the right to rectification
– the right to erasure
– the right to data portability, where applicable
– the right to restrict and/or object to processing of their data
– the right to withdraw consent, where applicable
– the right to issue instructions about what happens to the data after their death

OPmobility SE does not have any control over the process used by social media to collect information concerning browsing on the Site and in connection with the personal data that they hold.

OPmobility SE suggests that you read the privacy protection policies of the social media concerned in order to determine the purposes, and particularly the advertising purposes, for which such browsing data are collected when buttons of this kind are used. You are reminded that if you are logged onto a social network while browsing the Site, the social network may directly link your visit to your account on that social network.
