Plastic Omnium Auto Inergy, a wholly owned Compagnie Plastic Omnium subsidiary, has announced the creation of a joint company with Beijing Hainachuan Automotive Parts Co Ltd (BHAP), a subsidiary of Beijing Automotive Industry Co (BAIC).
