Building a culture of safety across our company

Security should not be based on a few specialists to ensure compliance. Instead, each of the employees of the whole company must feel personally committed to ensuring, at all times, his safety and that of his colleagues.

Plastic Omnium is committed to this progressive path to create a culture of health and safety truly shared. We want all our employees to be vigilant, not only for themselves but also for others.

A favorable context for SCR solutions

A the end of 2014, the new European regulations for diesel vehicles will require car manufacturers to equip their new vehicles with more effective pollution-control systems. A context that is very favorable to fast-expanding SCR solutions.

Faced with this increase in the number of its projects, INERGY is strengthening its human and technical resources.

Between 2011 and 2016, the world market for SCR systems should grow from less than one million to more than seven million parts per year. INERGY aims to be the world leader in this area and we are progressing in this direction with our customers.

Strengthening the teams…

This development of course implies a strengthening of our teams. INERGY will soon recruit almost 90 persons in different areas: project management, product development, quality, system control and other support services.

Production staff also will be strengthened with eventually about 250 people dedicated to the production of these systems, compared to 30 today.
