OPmobility entered into a final agreement with Hyundai Mobis to acquire 100% of its lighting activity for an enterprise value of 600 billion Korean won. This acquisition will reinforce OPmobility’s Lighting activity and strengthen its competitiveness in a fast-moving mobility industry. In line with OPmobility’s diversification strategy, it will also enhance the Group’s product portfolio, customer base and regional reach.
