Plastic Omnium presents its hydrogen mobility solutions at the 24 hours of Le Mans

This year the Automobile Club de l’Ouest is celebrating the centenary of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the world’s most prestigious endurance race.
For this iconic event, MissionH24 is preparing the future of sustainable mobility. Since its launch in 2015, this project has focused on developing a hydrogen-powered racing car for a specially conceived 24-hour decarbonized race.

Plastic Omnium, a partner of the Automobile Club de l’Ouest (ACO), has been supporting MissionH24 since its beginnings. We will be the exclusive supplier of on-board hydrogen storage for the upcoming Le Mans Series Hydrogen Endurance Championship.

To mark this special anniversary, the Mission H24 prototype is being showcased in the Hydrogen Village at the heart of the 24 Hours race circuit. It brings together companies working towards the zero-emission energy transition through the harnessing of hydrogen—the most abundant element to exist in the universe, either as a single atom, ‘H’, or as a molecule, ‘H2’.

You are welcome to visit us and explore our range of products designed for hydrogen mobility. Our team of experts will be available to answer any questions you may have.
