This operation was completed today.
As a result of this operation, the share capital of Compagnie Plastic Omnium is reduced from 149,866,107 ordinary shares to 148,566,107 ordinary shares with a par value of €0.06, ie. an amount of €8,913,966.42.
The holding company Burelle SA increases its control from 58.00% to 58.51%.
