Through this program, you will play a key role in supporting our global operations, gaining invaluable experience across our core business areas:

Exterior & Lighting

We provide innovative Lighting and Exterior solutions for cars, integrating advanced materials to enhance safety, customization, and sustainability.

Modules

We excel in integrating a growing number of components and features into compact, aerodynamic front-end modules.

H2-Power

We lead in zero-emission hydrogen mobility, with R&D centers in Europe and China, strategic acquisitions, and high-capacity H2 tank production, we drive hydrogen solutions for all mobility forms.

C-Power

We design on-board energy storage and pollution control systems, contributing to clean cars and developing solutions for all powertrains, positioning the Group as a key player in the energy transition.

Recruitment process

With the success encountered for the first and second edition of the International Finance Graduate Program, we are pleased to invite you to join our third batch which will be recruited for a start in September 2025.

First online interview with Talent Acquisition Director.

Assessment Centre on March 25th. This includes an interview with a Finance Director and HR director, an individual business case, and a group roleplay.

Final feedback week of March 31st.

Assignments will be held in two different locations:

– Location for 1st assignement: 1, Allée Pierre Burelle, 92300 Levallois-Perret, France.

– Location for 2nd and 3rd assignment: announced after selection of candidates.
