Plastic Omnium reduces capital by cancelling treasury stock

At its meeting on 14 October 2011, the Board of Directors of Compagnie Plastic Omnium decided to cancel 350,000 shares held in treasury, representing 0.66% of total capital, effective 3 November 2011.
