OPmobility SE has several subsidiaries including OPmobility Gestion, which acts as controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, known as the General Data Protection Regulation or “GDPR,” for the collection and processing of personal data carried out through this form.

With the person’s consent, the purpose of the processing is to assess the professional interest in OPmobility products and services, share information about them by email, and contact the person who filled in the form. Such contact can be made by appropriate affiliates concerned by the services and products described in this white book.

The data are intended for the personnel of OPmobility affiliates responsible for managing the processing described above (in particular using their digital service providers).

The data are kept for a duration of two years. Users can unsuscribe at any time, in particular by using the link provided for that purpose when each e-mail is sent.

In accordance with the GDPR, the user has the following rights regarding their personal data:

– the right to data portability, where applicable
