Diversity and equal opportunities
OPmobility is convinced that diversity and inclusion are a source of innovation, which enhances the company’s performance. This is one of the main axes of its strategy, reflected by objectives set at every level of the organization.
Gender equality
The diversity of talents within our teams is part of OPmobility’s wealth. As a global player involved in local communities, OPmobility encourages initiatives to help them in the countries where the Group operates. The Group also seeks to make the organization (and its teams) more representative of local cultures.

Women@PO
Originally developed in Europe, this network devoted to gender diversity now covers the entire Group. With 474 volunteers, 27% of whom are men, it raises awareness of all forms of diversity (gender, age, culture, minorities, etc.) by creating local events and sharing best practices.
Elles bougent
In partnership with the association "Elles bougent", OPmobility organizes support activities to help change stereotypes. OPmobility’s women are sponsors of the association: they promote technical professions to young women in order to attract them toward scientific education.

Youth employment
Strengthening its attractiveness to young people in order to attract the talent needed to achieve OPmobility’s ambitions is a key focus of the company’s diversity policy. To this end, the Group meets with students in schools and universities.
Disabilities
Since the creation of Mission Handicap at the end of 2017, OPmobility has been taking action to promote the employment of people with disabilities on all its sites in France:
– 2017: signature of an Agreement with AGEFIPH.
– 2019: signature of the Manifesto for the Inclusion of People with Disabilities in Economic Life, alongside 130 business leaders.
– 2021: signature of the Accord Handicap to promote the employment of disabled people for the years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
