OPmobility presents its technologies to decarbonize mobility at H2 & FC EXPO in Tokyo
OPmobility and EKPO Fuel Cell Technologies, its joint-venture with ElringKlinger, are exhibiting at H2 & FC EXPO in Tokyo from February 19 to 21, 2025. The show, a major international event focused on hydrogen, is part of the Smart Energy Week exhibition dedicated to energy. OPmobility will be showcasing its innovative hydrogen and battery electrification solutions designed to accelerate the decarbonization of mobility, including cars, trucks, buses, and commercial vehicles.
OPmobility awarded an “A” Score for the second consecutive year by CDP for its Climate actions
For the second consecutive year, OPmobility has been awarded the highest score from CDP for its climate actions. The “A” score recognizes, in particular, OPmobility’s ambitious roadmap, carbon neutrality objectives across its entire value chain, and the quality of its environmental reporting. The Group remains on the A-list of the world’s best-performing companies, that represents less than 2% of the more than 22,000 assessed by CDP in 2024.
OPmobility showcases its hydrogen innovations at Hyvolution 2025

OPmobility is participating in Hyvolution 2025, the Europe’s leading hydrogen event, taking place from January 28 to 30 at Porte de Versailles, Paris. This event brings together key stakeholders from the sector, providing a platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and showcasing the latest advancements in hydrogen technology.
At Hyvolution, visitors can discover OPmobility’s cutting-edge products and solutions, including:
• The hydrogen storage system for light commercial vehicles is the first to go into series production at OPmobility’s plant in Lachelle, France. It consists of 3 or 4 high-pressure 47-liter hydrogen tanks, positioned on the floor of the vehicle and providing a range of almost 500 km.
• The FCM 150kW (Fuel Cell Module) is the new-generation fuel cell system developed by OPmobility for heavy-duty mobility (trucks weighing 16 tonnes or more). It comprises an “NM12 Twin” fuel cell (developed by the EKPO Fuel Cell Technologies joint venture) and 160 other components providing complementary functions such as thermal control, electrical and electronic management, and air and hydrogen supply. This fuel cell system produces electricity instantaneously, from hydrogen and oxygen in the air, to power the vehicle’s electric motor. Several systems can be connected to achieve a power capacity of 300kW or 450kW.
• The 304-liter hydrogen tank (700 bar – type IV, with carbon-fiber-coated plastic inner shell) is designed for a wide variety of applications, including vans, medium and heavy-duty trucks. This high-pressure tank holds around 12 kg of hydrogen, and can store the energy required for vehicle autonomy. Several tanks can be integrated into a system, extending the vehicle’s range.
• The H2 ICE SCR is a pollution control system for thermal vehicles running on hydrogen.

OPmobility will attend the Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2025) in Las Vegas where it will present One4you, its new global offer for exterior vehicle systems which aims to provide custom-made solutions and technologies guaranteeing simplicity and speed for customers. At the CES, the Group will also present a number of innovations, incorporating artificial intelligence among other technologies, to address the transformation and the challenges of all forms of mobility, particularly sustainable mobility.
OPmobility successfully completes a Schuldschein private placement for €300 million
OPmobility just finalized a Schuldschein private placement for a total amount of 300 million euros.
The proceeds of this placement will be used for general corporate purposes and will contribute to extend the average Group debt maturity.

On December 5, 2024, OPmobility received the Jury’s Special Prize for its shareholder relations within the SBF 120 (excluding CAC 40), awarded by Le Revenu magazine. This distinction rewards listed companies for the quality of their relations with individual shareholders.
Already honored in 2023, OPmobility is once again recognized for its support and information throughout the year for its individual shareholders. In 2024, many actions were offered: new edition of the Shareholders’ Guide and letters to shareholders in March and September.
This year, the Group has also innovated by setting up half-year and annual results sessions in French, followed by question-and-answer sessions. In June, around twenty participants took part in a one-day visit to Sigmatech (near Lyon), the global research and development center of the Exterior business group, where the teams design, propose and validate bumpers and tailgates that are innovative in terms of their size, aesthetics and the functions they integrate.
Finally, to allow for a direct exchange with individual shareholders, a meeting dedicated to them was held on December 4, 2024, in Paris, organized with Place des Investisseurs. This was an opportunity for OPmobility’s Investor Relations team to present the Group’s strategy and answer questions from the nearly 200 shareholders present at the event.
