Safety
The Group’s safety policy proves its effectiveness year after year. The Group deploys its strategy, piloting and coordinating HSE actions to limit risks and monitor key performance indicators. Regular exchange meetings are organized with the entire HSE network to highlight best practices, enabling continuous, cross-functional and consistent improvement in safety throughout the Group.

Safety performance
To achieve results that live up to its high standards, the Group deploys a wide range of resources:
– ISO 45001 and 14001 certifications;
– Fire prevention standards;
– Health and safety trainings.
Ergonomics
This is one of the priorities of the Group’s ACT FOR ALL program. Workstation ergonomics are a key factor in reducing accidents and preserving employee health. The goal is to rate 100% of workstations by 2025.
Top Safety
Created in 2004, Top Safety training aims to encourage employees to adopt and maintain safe behavior. At the end, participants can carry out safety observation visits, known as “Top Safety Visits”. Based on dialogue, these visits help to identify risk situations, improve behavior and empower employees.
