Ergonomics

This is one of the priorities of the Group’s ACT FOR ALL program. Workstation ergonomics are a key factor in reducing accidents and preserving employee health.

2026 Objective: 15% of stations evaluated, with at least 1 per site, according to the new assessment methodology common to all Business Groups.

Top Safety

Created in 2004, Top Safety training aims to encourage employees to adopt and maintain safe behavior. At the end, participants can carry out safety observation visits, known as “Top Safety Visits”. Based on dialogue, these visits help to identify risk situations, improve behavior and empower employees.
